How Currency Selection Works and How to Set It Up?
This guide outlines the process for selecting a currency in your Voicemetrics account and provides instructions for configuring it. Accurate currency setup ensures smooth transactions and precise billing.
1. Selecting a Currency
To set or change the currency type, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Pricing Plans.
- Select Stripe Integration.
- Use the Choose Currency option to access a list of supported currencies.
Important: Only one currency type can be selected, which will apply universally to all customer transactions.
2. Updating the Currency
You can update the selected currency type at any time. However, be aware that this change will affect all customer transactions going forward.
